Guided Meditation for Beginners [October]
This is a four-week course that meets once weekly to get started with your meditation journey. Your teacher is Dr. Lucy Xiao, and we will use guidance for these meditation sessions to gently lead you into stillness and ease you back. At the end of four weeks, you can expect a refined appreciation for meditation in general and valuable guidance instructions for your future meditations.
About Lucy Xiao:
Lucy was born and raised in Guangzhou, China. She holds a Doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and has been in practice for over seventeen years.
Lucy also has over 20 years of formal meditation training and practice at the San Francisco Zen Center and other monasteries.
In her teaching, she combines her experiences as a mediator and a Chinese medicine practitioner to provide holistic coaching.
